Receptionist
The receptionist role is central to the optimal functioning of the team and is the commercial and administrative hub of the salon.
The receptionist influences the client's first impression, the experience each person has in the salon, and the resulting image of the salon.
Salon Management
What you will learn in this course
Enhance the salon's professional image and increase sales/resales
Identify the areas of activity of the receptionist role and necessary strategies
Share a set of behavior guidelines in the salon
Handle objections, complaints, and unforeseen issues
It happens in the salon that the receptionist's duties are not always clear or defined. Sometimes there is no specific person with this role. But can a salon do without one? In reality, the receptionist's duties still need to be distributed and executed.
Among the most common difficulties, we find for example:
• Handling critical situations with "difficult" clients in person, on the phone, or in chat rooms
• Getting cooperation, respect, and willingness to observe rules from colleagues
• Performing multiple tasks that sometimes require immediate and simultaneous action
• Stress, tension, loss of good mood and smile
In this course, you will learn skills useful in salon management, environment and client management, team support, scheduling management, and public relations skills.
The course is aimed at receptionists, owners, salon managers, and employees.
A short self-assessment test is included at the conclusion of the course, after which a digital document attesting that the training experience has been completed will be issued.
